About the role
- Develop and calibrate statistical demand forecasting models using techniques such as time series, regressions, and machine learning algorithms;
- Perform forecast accuracy analyses and propose continuous improvements;
- Integrate external variables (seasonality, promotions, product launches, etc.) into demand modeling;
- Support strategic decision-making through robust quantitative analyses;
- Collaborate with Supply, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align assumptions and demand strategies;
- Ensure data governance and the integrity of demand planning tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields;
- Proven experience in demand planning;
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus;
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking;
- Good communication skills for presenting insights and influencing stakeholders.
