Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a dedicated panel of clients aiming to prevent, manage, or reverse chronic metabolic conditions.
Deliver virtual 1:1 and group counseling through video, phone, and secure messaging on a HIPAA-compliant platform.
Apply motivational interviewing to spark behavior change, increase engagement, and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with L-Nutra’s Chief Medical Officer during weekly clinical reviews.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to gather labs, glucose monitoring data, and medication adjustments.
Create educational materials, evidence-based handouts, and creative content for members.
Develop monthly blog posts and multimedia resources tied to proprietary technology and the longevity program.
Contribute to social media communities and member engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance the member journey and recommend improvements.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all counseling sessions.
Support coaching initiatives and compliance expectations on a weekly basis.
Provide feedback to improve the integration of coaching services within the software platform.
Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen program execution as the company scales.
Represent L-Nutra’s values, mission, and clinical excellence in every interaction.
Act as a trusted voice for prospective members and healthcare providers learning about the program.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Dietitian through CDR
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Confidence with 1:1 counseling
High proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization
