About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a dedicated panel of clients aiming to prevent, manage, or reverse chronic metabolic conditions.
Deliver virtual counseling through video, phone, and secure messaging on a HIPAA-compliant platform.
Apply motivational interviewing to spark behavior change, increase engagement, and improve outcomes.
Collaborate with L-Nutra’s Chief Medical Officer during weekly clinical reviews.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to gather labs, glucose monitoring data, and medication adjustments.
Create educational materials, evidence-based handouts, and creative content for members.
Develop monthly blog posts and multimedia resources tied to our proprietary technology and diabetes program.
Contribute to social media communities and member engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance the member journey and recommend improvements.
Lead group coaching.
Develop and present webinars with possible in person presentations.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all counseling sessions (completed, cancelled, rescheduled, etc.).
Support coaching initiatives and compliance expectations on a weekly basis.
Provide feedback to improve the integration of coaching services within the software platform.
Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen program execution as we scale.
Represent L-Nutra’s values, mission, and clinical excellence in every interaction.
Act as a trusted voice for prospective members and healthcare providers learning about the program.
Work hours may occasionally include pre-scheduled times outside of standard business hours to support member needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

**What You Bring **
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years as a Registered Dietitian
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (in English and Spanish)
High proficiency in time management, organization, and prioritization
**Preferred**
RD Licensure in Florida
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer health products
Familiarity with patient-centric digital healthcare models
