About the role
- You support the line manager in fulfilling their responsibilities regarding safety-related matters
- You accompany and support the Safety Officer (SiBe) in initiating, coordinating and implementing cross‑departmental concepts and projects
- You manage internal records and protocols
- You plan, organize and deliver training on occupational safety, emergency response measures and first-aid training
- You assist the SiBe with safety inspections (internal audits) across all company areas
- You promote health and safety within the company
Requirements
- Completed training as KOPAS (Contact Person for Occupational Safety) or willingness to obtain this qualification; technical or commercial basic education
- Strong interest and affinity for occupational safety and health protection
- Solution‑oriented personality with effective, constructive communication skills
- Accustomed to working independently
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent in German and confident in English
