About the role
- You create and maintain short- and long-term demand planning (forecast)
- You coordinate seasonal orders
- You monitor inventory levels and perform coverage analyses
- You support volume planning for new product launches in close collaboration with Marketing
- You communicate across departments and international teams
- You prepare and independently produce KPI reports
- You provide internal team cover as needed
Requirements
- You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree from a University of Applied Sciences
- You have initial professional experience in Demand & Supply Planning
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power Tools (e.g., Power Query / Power Pivot) is an advantage
- You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with CEE
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You demonstrate quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility
- You work independently and are willing to go above and beyond when needed
- You are flexible, team-oriented, and committed
