About the role

  • You create and maintain short- and long-term demand planning (forecast)
  • You coordinate seasonal orders
  • You monitor inventory levels and perform coverage analyses
  • You support volume planning for new product launches in close collaboration with Marketing
  • You communicate across departments and international teams
  • You prepare and independently produce KPI reports
  • You provide internal team cover as needed

Requirements

  • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree from a University of Applied Sciences
  • You have initial professional experience in Demand & Supply Planning
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and an analytical mindset
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power Tools (e.g., Power Query / Power Pivot) is an advantage
  • You have experience with ERP systems, ideally with CEE
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
  • You demonstrate quality awareness and a strong sense of responsibility
  • You work independently and are willing to go above and beyond when needed
  • You are flexible, team-oriented, and committed
