About the role

  • You support the development of short- and long-term strategic financial objectives
  • You are responsible for preparing the financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement (P&L) and notes)
  • You establish, maintain and monitor appropriate internal control systems, identify problem areas and develop corrective measures
  • You oversee cash flow planning, ensure ongoing liquidity and optimize the company’s cash position
  • You are responsible for the company’s tax matters, minimize risks and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • You actively drive simplification and standardization initiatives and contribute innovative ideas
  • You work closely with various stakeholders as a business partner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Ideally hold a CPA or equivalent professional qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance
  • Experience in the retail or FMCG industry
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OIC; experience with SAP FI/CO is a plus
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
