About the role
- Lead the design and development of RF and microwave components and assemblies
- Create innovative solutions for connectors, adapters, cable assemblies, antennas, and other RF/microwave products
- Manage complex projects from concept through production
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to support growth initiatives
- Work closely with customers to define specifications and ensure manufacturability and quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of RF/microwave design experience, preferably in passive components and assemblies
- Proven track record in product development for high-frequency applications (up to 67 GHz or higher)
- Expertise in RF/microwave theory, transmission lines, impedance matching, and connector design
- Proficiency with CAD tools and RF simulation software (HFSS, ADS, CST)
- Familiarity with industry standards (MIL-STD, IEC, IEEE)
- Strong project management and mentoring skills
