About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact incoming (B2C) leads generated by our marketing campaigns on the UK market (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.)
  • Discover your contacts' projects to identify the right training to support them and answer their questions
  • Manage your sales process from A to Z through to contract signature
  • Propose improvements to the commercialisation process
  • Play a key role in developing activities on the UK market
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team, Team Leaders and the Head of Sales
  • Work with the marketing, finance and learner support departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual in English
  • Persistent, tenacious and skilled at negotiating
  • Comfortable on the phone and able to adapt your pitch
  • Solution-oriented and proactive
  • Interested in the training/education sector
  • Autonomous while demonstrating a strong team spirit
  • Knowledge of the UK market is a real plus
