Business Developer — Permanent (CDI)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact incoming B2C leads generated by our marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.)
- Assess each prospect’s project to help them find the right training, support them and answer their questions
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing
- Proactively propose improvements to the sales and commercialization process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Persistent, tenacious, and strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable on the phone and able to adapt your pitch to the prospect
- Solution-oriented and proactive
- Autonomous while demonstrating real team spirit
- Knowledge of the training/education sector is a strong plus
