Business Developer – Permanent Contract

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact incoming leads (B2C) generated by our marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.)
- Understand prospects' projects to help them find the right training program, guide them through the process, and answer their questions
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing
- Be proactive in proposing improvements to the sales process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Persistent, tenacious, and strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable on the phone and able to adapt your communication style
- Solution-oriented and proactive in offering ideas
- Autonomous while maintaining a genuine team spirit
- Knowledge of the training/education sector is a real plus!
