About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact incoming leads (B2C) from our marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.)
- Understand each prospect's project to help them find the right training, support them, and answer their questions
- Manage your sales process from A to Z through contract signing
- Propose improvements to the sales process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Persistent, tenacious, and skilled at negotiating
- Comfortable on the phone and able to adapt your pitch
- Solution-oriented and proactive
- Autonomous while maintaining a strong team spirit
- Knowledge of the training sector is a real plus!
