About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contact incoming leads (B2C) from our marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.)
  • Understand each prospect's project to help them find the right training, support them, and answer their questions
  • Manage your sales process from A to Z through contract signing
  • Propose improvements to the sales process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Persistent, tenacious, and skilled at negotiating
  • Comfortable on the phone and able to adapt your pitch
  • Solution-oriented and proactive
  • Autonomous while maintaining a strong team spirit
  • Knowledge of the training sector is a real plus!
