About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact incoming leads (B2C) generated from our marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.)
- Understand prospects’ projects to help them find the right course, support them, and answer their questions
- Manage the sales process from A to Z through contract signature
- Propose improvements to the commercialization process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Persistent, tenacious, and skilled at negotiating
- Comfortable on the phone and able to adapt your pitch
- Solution-oriented and proactive
- Autonomous while maintaining a strong team spirit
- Knowledge of the training/education sector is a real plus!
