About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will actively contribute to the day-to-day management of the HR team while gaining an inside view of how a growing Human Resources department operates.
  • Administrative management of employee documents: monitor the signature workflow for employee documents on our digital platforms and process them accordingly (follow-ups, filing, etc.).
  • Scan any paper documents as needed, keeping in mind we follow a paperless approach and most administrative items are digitized.
  • File compliance: ensure each employee file is complete, up to date and organized according to our internal processes.
  • Administrative support related to post-payroll tasks: ordering meal vouchers, updating HR spreadsheets (tracking statutory sick-pay/allowances (IJSS), staff registers, etc.).
  • Assist with updating the DUERP (single document for occupational risk assessment).
  • Logistical support: occasionally help with daily HR activities (preparing onboarding, organising events, etc.).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Seeking an internship of 4 to 8 weeks with a desire to learn the fundamentals of personnel management.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace and various HRIS platforms).
  • Recognised for your rigor, organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when handling personal data.
  • Energetic, curious and eager to join a team that interacts with all departments of the company.
