About the role
- You are responsible for the smooth operational delivery of training programs throughout their lifecycle within the Learning Product Management team.
- You implement, track and coordinate actions related to product roadmaps, in collaboration with internal and external teams (instructional design, subject-matter experts, media, coaches, apprenticeship centers, certification bodies...)
- Contribute to the operational implementation of the roadmap defined by the Lead Product Manager
- Monitor the actions required to ensure successful deployment of courses
- Configure and manage synchronous content
- Ensure deliverables progress on schedule, coordinating with stakeholders
- Identify update needs and organize corrective actions
- Track regulatory and technical changes together with subject-matter experts
- Implement continuous improvement actions (quality, pedagogy, learning materials, user feedback)
- Contribute to upstream phases (needs analysis, competitive monitoring, product positioning, insights from the Data team)
- Help prepare deliverables in collaboration with instructional design (briefs, materials, learning journey documents...)
- Support video shoot preparation (scheduling, equipment, location scouting, timelines...)
- Take part in qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform product decisions
- Contribute to improving the learner experience
- Maintain project management tools (Notion, Google Sheets, etc.) and share progress updates
Requirements
- Excellent command of written French
- Strong writing skills and an excellent ability to synthesize information (highly valued)
- Quick to adapt to digital tools and IT systems (Google Workspace, Notion, or learning platforms)
- Demonstrate pedagogical skills, clarity in explanations, attention to detail, and empathy
- Enjoy helping others grow while maintaining a constructive, critical perspective
- Value teamwork and naturally contribute to team dynamics
- Able to distill complex information clearly and effectively
- Organize your own work while contributing to collective organization, with agility and flexibility
