About the role

  • Serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Owns primary domains while supporting other TPMs with cross-domain initiatives
  • Manages the delivery of digital and operational solutions
  • Drives creation of clear problem statements and defines desired outcomes
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure product backlog is effectively prioritized
  • Monitors product performance and drives continuous enhancement

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a health plan, payer organization and/or health system
  • Ideal experience as a Technical Product Management or similar role
  • Experience in healthcare domains including Customer Engagement and Health Services Delivery
  • Proven experience translating complex business needs into clear problem statements
  • Experience with agile product management frameworks and tools
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
