Provide business insights and serve as a focal point for data review and remediation
Develop complex formal reports for government entities
Work closely with I.T. enterprise data warehouse and application development teams
Represent the Department at key multi-disciplinary and technical meetings
Develop expert level knowledge of the systems data structures
Provide high level advice and guidance to management on systems development and data integration
Submit a range of mandatory provider network reports for local, state, and federal government entities
Research, audit and analyze complex data
Oversee daily workflow and lead assigned staff

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of direct experience developing complex reports derived from SQL or Oracle databases in a Managed Care environment
Hands-on experience creating all key database objects – Tables, Views, Triggers, Indices, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, Dynamic SQL
Significant experience with SQL*Loader, TOAD, and Korn Shell programming
Strong general Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) / data integration experience
Experience developing/managing large-scale databases
Have well develop project management skills and experience leading a project that improved data integrity
At least 1 year of lead experience (process, program, or staff)
