About the role
- Responsible for the production and distribution of L.A. Care’s daily employee e-newsletter
- Support and maintain intranet content
- Monitor performance metrics for internal channels
- Write, edit, and format messaging for internal audiences
- Maintain editorial calendars
- Lead assigned internal communications projects and campaigns
- Serve as liaison to Human Resources for organizational messaging needs
- Build relationships with internal departments and senior leaders
- Manage complex projects and engage key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Related Field
- At least 4 years of professional experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
- Proven successful experience developing and executing internal messaging strategies
- Strong background experience writing, editing, and formatting content for internal audiences
- Experience managing daily communications channels such as employee newsletters and intranet platforms
- Experience collaborating with Human Resources, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of internal communications best practices
