About the role
- Assisting in the design and implementation of complex compliance projects and activities
- Performing project management
- Assisting with compliance quality assurance and monitoring efforts
- Supporting compliance management on compliance special projects
- Conducting research on regulatory requirements
- Expanding working knowledge of federal and state requirements
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Related Field
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Related Field (Preferred)
- At least 2 years of project coordination experience in compliance in a managed care setting working with a Managed Care Organization (MCO)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
