Lead the implementation of cloud-based data architecture frameworks supporting health plan payer operations.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support change requests from external agencies.
Support backlog and strategic projects related to AI/ML enablement and data modernization.
Manage a team of data professionals focused on data architecture, metadata management, master data management, and reference data management.
Foster and promote a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, accountability, and shared ownership of enterprise goals.
Mentor and develop staff, building technical and problem-solving skills across the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
At least 8 years of experience in data architecture and enterprise IT systems
At least 6 years of experience in leading, supervising and/or managing staff
Experience leading teams, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional groups
Experience in leading and Implementing complex Information Technology Projects
Strong knowledge and understanding of Data architecture, cloud platforms, metadata management, data governance
Data Architecture certifications preferred
Cloud certifications or relevant certification preferred
