About the role
- Develop and implement data quality standards, validation rules, and QA processes across CRM, marketing automation, and other revenue systems.
- Perform regular data audits to identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies, duplications, and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with system administrators, analysts, and RevOps stakeholders to ensure data governance policies are properly enforced.
- Create automated data quality checks, dashboards, and reports to monitor the health of key data sets (e.g., accounts, contacts, opportunities, pipeline).
- Work with cross-functional teams to document and standardize data entry, enrichment, and integration processes.
- Support data migration, system integration, and cleansing initiatives to maintain a single source of truth.
- Provide root cause analysis for recurring data quality issues and recommend preventive solutions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in data quality, data operations, or data governance—ideally within Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and its data structures.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
