About the role
- Lead, manage, and develop a global team of Campaign Managers, setting clear expectations around accountability, quality, and pace.
- Foster a high-performance team culture grounded in trust, clarity, and continuous improvement.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development guidance to support progression and retention.
- Oversee resourcing and workload planning to ensure sustainable team capacity across accounts.
- Own the overall quality and consistency of campaign delivery across Kyra’s client portfolio.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex campaign, client, or creator challenges.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed objectives and KPIs.
- Establish and maintain clear processes, templates, and playbooks to support efficient campaign execution.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to workflows and execution models.
- Balance speed with quality, ensuring Kyra’s delivery remains agile without compromising standards.
- Lead the campaign team to consistently achieve Gross Profit Margin (GPM) targets.
- Support Campaign Managers in accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
- Provide guidance on rate management, cost control, and production efficiency.
- Ownership of team cost management for efficient staffing.
- Partner closely with Sales, Legal, Product, and Creative teams to ensure aligned priorities and seamless delivery.
- Represent Campaign Management at a senior level internally, advocating for operational needs and improvements.
- Contribute insights from campaign execution to inform platform, product, and process development.
- Set strategic direction for creator casting, ensuring alignment with brand values, cultural relevance, and campaign objectives.
- Support the team in building strong, long-term creator relationships and re-engagement strategies.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of creator experience across campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven people leader: Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Operationally strong: Demonstrated ability to build structure, systems, and scalable processes.
- Campaign expertise: Background overseeing social and creator-led campaigns across multiple markets.
- Commercially minded: Strong understanding of agency economics, margin management, and resource allocation.
- Creator-economy fluent: Deep understanding of social platforms, creator dynamics, and cultural relevance.
- Clear communicator: Confident presenting, negotiating, and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
- High standards, low ego: Focused on outcomes, accountability, and long-term team success.
