Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead a three-person team in accounting and controlling
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and report to group controlling in the USA
• Support the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB (German GAAP)
• Project controlling
• Prepare, monitor and analyze master plans and forecasts, as well as conduct ad-hoc analyses
• Act as the main contact for external auditors and tax auditors
• Support the implementation of strategic and operational decisions
