About the role

  • Deliver exceptional on-site “white glove” service providing technical and operational support to internal clients
  • Foster positive client engagement to ensure outstanding client experience
  • Coordinate activities between on-site and off-site technical teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on support for service management (incident, request, and problem resolution)
  • Manage asset lifecycle (allocation, De-allocation, tracking, deployment, decommissioning)
  • Provide printer and peripheral support and Audio/Video systems for meeting rooms, events, executive briefings
  • Develop and recommend approaches to address current problems and issues and communicate mitigation plans
  • Work with senior management/support teams to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Become a go-to technical expert for Kyndryl’s and build CIO support relationships
  • Coach and mentor teams and Kyndryl employees to ensure proactive, self-learn attitude

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of on-site IT support experience
  • Graduate / Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science
  • Mandatory IT certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamental / RHCE / CCNA / ITIL
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English
  • Strong customer facing/handling skills with a positive & servant leadership service attitude
  • Asset tagging, verification, and inventory management experience
  • Familiarity with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of a wide range of hardware and software
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze system data, audit findings, and usage trends
  • Ability to translate technical issues into client-understandable language
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to promote proactive, self-learning attitude
