Provide printer and peripheral support and Audio/Video systems for meeting rooms, events, executive briefings
Develop and recommend approaches to address current problems and issues and communicate mitigation plans
Work with senior management/support teams to identify and resolve technical problems
Become a go-to technical expert for Kyndryl’s and build CIO support relationships
Coach and mentor teams and Kyndryl employees to ensure proactive, self-learn attitude
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of on-site IT support experience
Graduate / Diploma in Electronics or Computer Science
Mandatory IT certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamental / RHCE / CCNA / ITIL
Proficiency in spoken & written English
Strong customer facing/handling skills with a positive & servant leadership service attitude
Asset tagging, verification, and inventory management experience
Familiarity with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of a wide range of hardware and software
Strong analytical skills to analyze system data, audit findings, and usage trends
Ability to translate technical issues into client-understandable language
Coaching and mentoring skills to promote proactive, self-learning attitude
