About the role

  • Design and prepare OCM delivery drafts, including communication, training, and organizational readiness plans aligned to specific AI use cases
  • Collaborate closely with AI teams and customer stakeholders to understand business context, user personas, and change impacts
  • Apply the Kyndryl Organizational Change Management framework to develop tailored adoption strategies that support customer transformation goals
  • Develop structured OCM assets such as messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, training outlines, and readiness assessments
  • Identify potential change risks and resistance points and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure OCM materials integrate smoothly into overall customer engagement plans
  • Adhere to project governance and documentation requirements
  • Contribute insights to enhance OCM delivery practices based on customer feedback and lessons learned
  • Support OCM team capability-building by sharing best practices and templates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, ideally in technology or AI‑related consulting
  • Demonstrated experience designing communication, training, and adoption materials
  • Strong consulting and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • Experience designing or contributing to training content
  • Fluent English and Italian
