About the role
- Solve complex problems and identify potential future issues
- Manage systems data for clients and provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance
- Oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Linux-based solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a zLinux Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat
- Proficient in Linux command-line interface (CLI) and shell scripting
- Experience with zVM virtualization Environment and x360s zLinux Architecture
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Linux administration
- Install, configure, and maintain network services, including DNS, DHCP, and LDAP
