About the role

  • Oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Construct detailed project plans, managing teams, and leading meetings
  • Analyze and mitigate risks, manage finances, and ensure the team has the right skills
  • Plan and delegate activity to hit deadlines and deliver on SLAs
  • Practice continuous structural thinking and take ownership for value delivery
  • Maintain communication with the client and all stakeholders
  • Develop strong partnerships with the client and team members

Requirements

  • Over 9 years' experience with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Experience in the IT industry with a focus on Mainframe knowledge on JCL, zOS
  • Experience working with Japanese clients
  • Excellent in Japanese skills both translation and interpretation
  • Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) level should be N1/N2
  • Adopt the given technology to meet the drift of customer and business requirements
  • SCRUM or Project Management skills
  • Basic TI knowledge (architectural)
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Teamwork with “one team” philosophy
  • Good understanding of Excel & Presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot systems
  • Proven hands-on experience in SCRUM or Project Management
  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
