About the role

Drive the growth of Consult LC/NC Delivery unit in Italy as LowCode/NoCode Technical Leader
Build and lead a high-performing LC/NC Delivery Unit team
Ensure cost-effective application development, integration, and management
Develop Application Services strategies and expand presence in the Digital domain
Shape the consult LC/NC unit delivery strategy and roadmap for Italy, collaborating closely with local Account teams and customers
Drive business development across Italy and define, design, and deploy LC/NC solutions
Support customers in modernizing legacy applications and processes
Build and foster relationships with LC/NC technology partners (e.g., OutSystems, Microsoft)
Act as trusted advisor to customers and ensure successful delivery of Digital Transformation programs
Provide technical leadership on enterprise-wide application design standards, integration, and security best practices

5–8 years leading LC/NC Delivery units on delivery and business development support
5–8 years of experience in application deployment and development
2–4 years in application architecture, middleware, and data experience
Involvement and hands-on expertise for hardware and software connectivity between applications
Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, C#, .NET, etc.) with LC/NC platforms
Experience with DevOps tools and modern technical certification
Experience developing applications for different industries, including Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments)
Strong leadership and communication skills, with knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and Application Development best practices
Strong presentation and relationship management skills with stakeholders, vendors, and customers
