About the role

Design, build, manage and modernize mission-critical technology systems at Kyndryl
Set up and grow an Application Test Factory in terms of people, processes, and tools
Define test strategies, specifications, test cases, and test plans based on design and business documentation
Develop, implement, and execute processes to validate, track, and report on software quality and performance
Develop, execute, and maintain automation test cases for acceptance, integration, and regression testing
Lead quality engineering discussions and mentor QA Engineers
Drive efficiency through automation and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of enterprise platforms through rigorous testing
Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and support application delivery

8+ years of experience testing complex software products for large enterprise customers in a fast-paced agile environment
Deep understanding of QA processes, standards, tools, and methodologies
Experience designing test automation frameworks and executing test scripts
Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
Practical experience in automation UI, CLI, and API testing
Experience with test lifecycle management tools and frameworks
Strong knowledge of defect management and software development life cycle
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities
(Preferred) Familiarity with test frameworks like Selenium, Protractor
(Preferred) Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Java)
(Preferred) Use of Test-Driven Development (TDD), SDLC, and Agile practices
