Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe Automation
Expertise in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support, and maintenance of IBM Z/OS Mainframe Automation tools, including OPSMVS and System Automation
Proven experience in developing proactive automation solutions, leading automation projects, collaborating with clients, and executing technical refreshes and innovative solution designs
Strong background in Testing, Change Management, and Problem Management processes
Expertise in software migration and maintenance activities, including installation, rollback/backout procedures, and re-migration
Hands-on experience with new and unsupported features in recent product versions
Proficient in patching, testing, upgrades, and installation processes
Strong coding experience with: Z/OS, REXX, Tivoli Netview, System Automation for Z/OS, WAC (IBM Worldwide Automation Configurator), COBOL, RPG, JCL and PROCS
Broad understanding of enterprise IT environments with a focus on large-scale mainframe automation
Skilled in peer reviewing automation projects and changes for quality and compliance
