Support business development initiatives by providing strategic recommendations based on data driven analyses
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Excel and Power BI
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
Assist in the creation of data models to support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
Provide operational support for business and sales teams, including CRM data management and process optimization
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance standards and best practices across all functions

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data modeling concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
