Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant university degree or comparable experience
- Leadership skills and line management experience or potential
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory)
- Knowledge of agricultural field trials
- Strong communication, organizational, and digital skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and quality-focused mindset
