About the role
- You provide technically sound arable crop advice and handle the sales of all KWS crops, including maize, oilseed rape, sugar beet, cereals and cover crop mixtures
- Maintain and develop customer relationships, enhancing on-site advisory services and sales
- Serve as the primary contact for the latest KWS varieties and digital offerings
- Work closely with farmers, agricultural traders and key opinion leaders to optimize the distribution and sales of KWS products
- Organize and oversee demonstration trials and conduct presentations and field days in your region
Requirements
- Passion for agriculture and crop production
- Vocational training or a university degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable qualification
- Extensive crop production expertise and knowledge of agricultural business management
- Initial sales experience desirable (ideally in an agricultural environment)
- Confident presence combined with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
- High degree of flexibility
- Driving license class B (car)
- Fluent German language skills required
