About the role
- Control and monitoring of the entrance and exit areas
- Greeting, registering and assisting visitors and delivery personnel
- Issuing and checking visitor passes
- Handling emergency calls to the control center
- Monitoring security and fire protection systems
- Operating building management systems and video surveillance/CCTV systems
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls
- Processing incoming mail and goods
- Assisting in emergencies and initiating appropriate measures
- General administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical field, ideally in electrotechnics/electrical engineering, security, service or monitoring
- Previous experience in a comparable position is a plus
- Good technical understanding and confident use of modern communication tools
- Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented manner
- Customer focus, strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Reliability, discretion and team spirit
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with visitor management systems is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late) and to participate in further training
- Very good German and English skills for daily communication; any additional languages are a plus.
