About the role
- Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes, automate operational tasks, and drive digital transformation within the GBO HR Team
- Support the team with technical skills and guidance on tools, systems utilization and process knowledge
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains through the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions
- Manage and coordinate projects requiring advanced technical and/or process knowledge, ensuring successful implementation of new solutions
- Create and updates documentation, such as training materials and user for existing and newly deployed solutions
- Work closely with other GBO Key Users and the Functional Automation Lead HR, to coordinate digital transformation projects, including the steering of external consultants and developers
- Drive the design of digital HR solutions that support process and tools harmonization in alignment with other functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query and Power BI)
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies across IT projects is an advantage
- Ideally, experience working in a Shared Service environment
- Experience with HR systems and HR processes is an advantage
- Proven program and project management skills, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to solving challenges and sharing knowledge
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong affinity for process and solution documentation.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
