About the role

  • Drive smart system solutions that strengthen our processes and meet customer needs
  • Responsible for and coordinate the further development of the system landscape in the German market with a focus on order processing
  • Harmonize existing processes across all relevant crop types — including contributing your own innovative ideas to achieve overarching process goals
  • Design, optimize and implement interfaces between relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft) in close cooperation with internal and external service providers
  • Define the requirements of the Customer Service & Logistics area and represent them in international projects (e.g., as part of the S/4HANA rollout)
  • Conduct acceptance tests as well as internal departmental training together with end users

Requirements

  • Degree, ideally with a focus on Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Strong systems and process understanding, particularly in order processing
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP, especially the SD module, and Salesforce is desirable
  • Basic understanding of IT project management; initial professional experience in this area is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills combined with a high degree of assertiveness and team orientation
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a reliable, independent working style
  • Good written and spoken English and German
