About the role

  • You develop the digital tool strategy for the Business Unit Cereals crops (e.g. Cereals, Oilseedrape, Catch Crops) in alignment with the overall strategy.
  • You steer the digital tool lifecycle – from ideation and evaluation to implementation across several functions (e.g. product management, sales, digital farming- and IT experts).
  • You identify new digital tool opportunities delivering added value for farmers.
  • You optimize and expand the existing digital tool portfolio.
  • You develop and implement tool relevant marketing campaigns.
  • You analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of digital tools and marketing product campaigns.

Requirements

  • University degree in agricultural sciences or in business administration , with focus on marketing or agribusiness , or comparable fields of study.
  • First experience in the agricultural industry , ideally in digital farming.
  • Project management experience in international contexts, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries.
  • Fluent English skills , German skills are an advantage.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented work style with high initiative and drive.
  • Open and persuasive personality with excellent stakeholder management & communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (up to 10%).
  • Analytical skills and ability to design and implement new solutions.
