You develop the digital tool strategy for the Business Unit Cereals crops (e.g. Cereals, Oilseedrape, Catch Crops) in alignment with the overall strategy.
You steer the digital tool lifecycle – from ideation and evaluation to implementation across several functions (e.g. product management, sales, digital farming- and IT experts).
You identify new digital tool opportunities delivering added value for farmers.
You optimize and expand the existing digital tool portfolio.
You develop and implement tool relevant marketing campaigns.
You analyze and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of digital tools and marketing product campaigns.
Requirements
University degree in agricultural sciences or in business administration , with focus on marketing or agribusiness , or comparable fields of study.
First experience in the agricultural industry , ideally in digital farming.
Project management experience in international contexts, with the ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries.
Fluent English skills , German skills are an advantage.
Self-driven and goal-oriented work style with high initiative and drive.
Open and persuasive personality with excellent stakeholder management & communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
Willingness to travel internationally occasionally (up to 10%).
Analytical skills and ability to design and implement new solutions.
