About the role

  • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first point of contact for potential customers and play a central role in building our sales pipeline.
  • You identify relevant companies, understand their challenges around climate and nature-related risks, and qualify opportunities for our Account Executive team.
  • Identification and qualification of new leads (inbound & outbound)
  • Initial outreach to companies (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Understand customer needs and hand over qualified opportunities to AEs in a structured way
  • Maintain and develop the pipeline in the CRM
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and the founders
  • Contribute to building and improving our sales processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • Some experience in B2B sales, business development, or a comparable role (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Interest in structured sales and complex B2B topics
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Independent, reliable, and eager-to-learn working style
  • German (native) and English (business fluent)
