About the role
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first point of contact for potential customers and play a central role in building our sales pipeline.
- You identify relevant companies, understand their challenges around climate and nature-related risks, and qualify opportunities for our Account Executive team.
- Identification and qualification of new leads (inbound & outbound)
- Initial outreach to companies (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Understand customer needs and hand over qualified opportunities to AEs in a structured way
- Maintain and develop the pipeline in the CRM
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and the founders
- Contribute to building and improving our sales processes and playbooks
Requirements
- Some experience in B2B sales, business development, or a comparable role (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Interest in structured sales and complex B2B topics
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Independent, reliable, and eager-to-learn working style
- German (native) and English (business fluent)
