About the role
- Lead country operations processes
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in daily operations
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline tasks and unlock capacity for higher-value activities
- Establish and enforce SOPs aligned with group standards while tailoring to local market dynamics
- Serve as a bridge between operations and product teams, ensuring long-term sustainability
- Monitor liquidity to ensure uninterrupted product availability
- Oversee collections performance across partners, ensuring recovery targets are met
- Deliver consolidated performance reports with actionable insights for leadership
- Cultivate strong relationships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners
Requirements
- 5+ years in operational management, ideally in fintech, financial services, telco or similar high-growth environments
- Proven ability to design and scale efficient workflows across operations
- Hands-on experience in liquidity planning, forecasting, and managing institutional relationships
- Strong background in collections strategy, analytics, and risk management
- Proficiency with data analysis and workflow management tools
