About the role

  • Shape product experiences from problem to solution
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand problems, users, and constraints
  • Contribute early to discovery, helping define problem spaces and explore solution directions
  • Translate complex, data-heavy requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
  • Design for clarity, scale, and consistency
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate intent clearly
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of our AI-ready design system by identifying gaps, establishing reusable patterns, and improving documentation
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across the platform through strong system thinking and reuse
  • Operate with an AI-first design approach
  • Integrate AI tools such as Figma AI, Claude, and Cursor into your workflow to accelerate ideation and generate design variations
  • Use AI to pressure-test concepts early and reduce time to insight
  • Contribute to evolving how AI is applied within our design and product workflows
  • Validate and iterate based on real signals
  • Conduct user research and usability testing where appropriate
  • Use data, feedback, and observation to refine designs
  • Iterate with intent, balancing speed with quality in a regulated environment
  • Contribute to enablement and product understanding
  • Support the creation of internal training materials and guidance for stakeholders and implementation partners
  • Clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Help ensure what we design is understood, usable, and adopted
  • Contribute to a strong product and design culture
  • Participate in design critiques and cross-functional discussions
  • Advocate for the user while balancing business, technical, and regulatory constraints
  • Share knowledge and help raise the overall quality of design across the product

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in Product, UX, or UI Design
  • Experience designing for complex systems, ideally in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, not just visual polish
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and comfort using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar as part of your workflow
  • Experience contributing to or building design systems, with an understanding of component architecture, token structures, and scalability
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and invite constructive challenge
  • Familiarity with front-end concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (advantageous but not essential)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (advantageous but not essential)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience working in regulated or data-intensive environments (advantageous but not essential)
