About the role

  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with talent agencies, agency managers, and individual streamers to ensure a consistent influx of livestream hosts for our platform.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key talent agencies, industry professionals, and content creators to expand our livestreaming network.
  • Work closely with agencies to ensure that recruited hosts meet the platform’s content and engagement standards, ensuring high-quality livestreaming experiences for our users.
  • Stay updated on trends within the livestreaming space, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging talent to bring on board.
  • Collaborate with agencies and agency managers to ensure livestream hosts are well-trained on platform tools, best practices, and audience engagement techniques.
  • Track the performance of livestream hosts brought onto the platform and provide feedback to agencies and managers to help improve quality and engagement.
  • Create and maintain a network of high-caliber hosts, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for both hosts and users on the platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, talent acquisition, or recruitment, preferably within the livestreaming, entertainment, or media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of livestreaming platforms and content creation, including an understanding of best practices for live broadcasts, audience engagement, and platform tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify top talent and assess their potential for success in a live-streaming environment.
  • Familiarity with the operations of talent agencies and an understanding of how to work with agency managers and agents.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • A passion for livestreaming and content creation, with a deep understanding of the trends and dynamics in the livestreaming space.
  • Previous experience working with talent agencies or managing influencer relationships in the digital entertainment or livestreaming industry is preferred.
  • A network of existing contacts within the livestreaming or influencer space is preferred.
  • Experience in training or supporting livestream hosts is preferred.
  • Has experience in data analysis such as creating and downloading reports from company dashboards, collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
