About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support analysis of market information, competitors and unit performance, contributing to the identification of opportunities and trends
Structure analyses, KPIs and management tools that support strategic discussions and decision-making for partner areas
Develop quantitative studies, projections and feasibility analyses to support decisions related to network expansion, market potential and franchise growth
Act as a strategic partner to business areas, conducting structured analyses and proposing data-driven recommendations based on metrics and market context, as well as rethinking current strategies and assumptions
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor movements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed)
Experience with franchises, business areas, commercial/sales departments and/or consulting firms
Experience with social media and technology in general
Must reside in the city of São Paulo (SP)
Genuine interest in education and alignment with Kumon's method and philosophy
