About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual budget plan and periodic forecast reviews;
Monitor and develop budget indicator reports, comparing actual versus planned figures and identifying variances;
Prepare planning and budgeting scenarios, supporting the identification of opportunities and necessary adjustments;
Support managers in planning and monitoring departmental budgets;
Keep the budget planning system updated with data and information from the annual plan;
Prepare cost spreadsheets with inflation projections, adjustments and other indexes;
Develop management reports to support the definition of policies, programs and strategic projects;
Reallocate budget resources and support expense control within the system;
Perform other duties related to the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Financial Management;
Proven experience in the area, with work in budget planning and financial analysis;
Experience with budgeting systems.
**Differentials:**
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Financial Management and/or Controllership;
Intermediate Spanish.
