Field Consultant
Kumon BrasilField Consultant developing and supporting franchise schools using the Kumon educational methodology. Engaging continuously with stakeholders to strengthen operational quality and performance indicators.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct visits and deliver targeted trainings to franchise units: Support and develop advisors and franchisees, promoting integration and continuous capacity building.
- Adapt the approach according to each franchisee’s profile and stage, ensuring the correct application of the Kumon Method.
- Plan and deliver trainings tailored to the specific needs of the units, strengthening autonomy and operational quality.
- Prepare reports and monitoring plans: Develop action and follow-up plans based on key indicators (enrollments, IC6, TMP).
- Prepare visit reports and keep information up to date for support teams and managers.
- Monitor results and propose continuous improvement strategies.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and ensure the organization of schedules and processes.
- Contribute to plans and initiatives to strengthen the Kumon brand.
- Coordinate and lead meetings: Coordinate and present meetings with franchisees, ensuring clear communication and integration between units.
- Provide support in conducting meetings with parents and in brand-strengthening events.
- Act as a bridge between headquarters and units, maintaining a consistent and transparent flow of information.
- Provide customized consulting: Offer consultancies aligned with the needs and profile of each franchise unit.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of guidance, analyze results, and propose specific development plans.
- Promote the exchange of best practices and strengthen the franchisee network.
- Data analysis: Manage and analyze data to track unit performance indicators.
- Interpret results and propose strategic actions to support sustainable growth and improve key indicators.
- Use digital tools for monitoring and to support decision-making.
- Franchisee, student and parent satisfaction: Contribute to the satisfaction and retention of franchisees, students and parents through close, empathetic, results-oriented engagement.
- Support events and initiatives that promote engagement and strengthen the Kumon brand in the region.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree (completed).
- Basic knowledge of English (desirable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with franchises, business areas, commercial roles and/or consulting (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Experience with social media and technology in general.
- Availability to travel.
- Reside in Curitiba and/or the metropolitan region.
- Alignment with the education field, and with the company’s method and philosophy.
- Hold a valid driver’s license (CNH) and have practical driving experience, especially on highways.
