About the role

  • Prepare layouts, facades/storefronts, final/acrylic artwork and ensure compliance with the franchise network's visual standards;
  • Review materials and provide support for the technical documentation stages of projects;
  • Ensure visual standardization and the technical quality of deliverables;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Technical diploma in Building/Construction, Interior Design, Civil Construction Technologist, Draftsperson, Industrial Design or related fields;
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills and good interpersonal communication;
  • Basic to intermediate Spanish and basic English;
  • Reside in São Paulo or the metropolitan region.
  • **Preferred qualifications**
  • Experience with franchising, business units, commercial/sales areas and/or consultancies;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • Comfort with technology.
