About the role

  • Collect, process and analyze market, competitor and franchised unit performance data;
  • Develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to support strategic areas such as Expansion, Operations, Marketing and Planning;
  • Conduct predictive analyses and feasibility studies to identify expansion opportunities and operational improvements;
  • Collaborate with different areas of the company on strategic projects, ensuring alignment between data intelligence and organizational objectives;
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity;
  • Ensure the integrity, organization and continuous updating of databases used in analyses and reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel (including Power Query, VBA and PivotTables);
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI is desirable;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is desirable;
  • Advanced Spanish, with the ability to read reports, participate in meetings and produce technical materials;
  • Must reside in the city of São Paulo (SP);
  • Genuine interest in the education sector and alignment with Kumon's method and philosophy.
