About the role
- Support for the Commercial Management and the Central Legal Department in reviewing and handling legal issues
- Drafting and reviewing artist contracts and contracts for individual project partners
- Support for the Central Procurement Department on questions related to public procurement law
Requirements
- Good knowledge of general civil law, particularly contract law, ideally with relevance to the cultural sector
- Knowledge of copyright and industrial property (intellectual property) law
- Knowledge of employment law desirable
- Initial knowledge of public procurement law desirable
- Interest in art and culture, as well as in the Federal Government’s cultural funding
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and team spirit
