About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You plan the assignments for our two in-house electricians and six external installation partners
- In addition to our own partners, you coordinate the installation teams of our clients: technical briefings, performance checks, escalation management
- You are on-site for projects nationwide, performing technical acceptance of installations
- After contract signing, you accompany customer projects into detailed technical planning
- You create installation standards and checklists in Confluence and Jotform
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a Meister qualification or are a state-certified technician in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (HVAC)
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience after qualification, including initial experience in a coordinating or leadership role
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
- You are proficient with digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, Calendly, Jotform and Pipedrive
- You speak German at a business-fluent level (C1)
