About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You plan the assignments for our two in-house electricians and six external installation partners
In addition to our own partners, you coordinate the installation teams of our clients: technical briefings, performance checks, escalation management
You are on-site for projects nationwide, performing technical acceptance of installations
After contract signing, you accompany customer projects into detailed technical planning
You create installation standards and checklists in Confluence and Jotform

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a Meister qualification or are a state-certified technician in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (HVAC)
You have at least 5 years of professional experience after qualification, including initial experience in a coordinating or leadership role
Willingness to travel approximately 60%
You are proficient with digital tools such as Jira, Confluence, Calendly, Jotform and Pipedrive
You speak German at a business-fluent level (C1)
