About the role

  • Develop and grow the customer base — identify new customer opportunities, build long-term partnerships and guide them to successful closure
  • Account management & strategic expansion — manage existing clients, identify potential and develop sustainable revenue opportunities
  • Tactical consulting & enablement — support the team and customers on technical matters
  • Stakeholder management at decision‑maker level — engage with C‑level executives and project owners
  • Sales strategy & continuous improvement — work closely with operations and product teams, analyze market trends and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in real estate, building or energy technology, FM services, telecommunications, PropTech, or a comparable field
  • Strong network and market understanding in the industries mentioned
  • Exceptional drive and sense of ownership
  • Structured, strategic and independent working style
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
  • Excellent German (C2) and good English (minimum B2)
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
