About the role
- Develop and grow the customer base — identify new customer opportunities, build long-term partnerships and guide them to successful closure
- Account management & strategic expansion — manage existing clients, identify potential and develop sustainable revenue opportunities
- Tactical consulting & enablement — support the team and customers on technical matters
- Stakeholder management at decision‑maker level — engage with C‑level executives and project owners
- Sales strategy & continuous improvement — work closely with operations and product teams, analyze market trends and customer feedback
Requirements
- Several years of B2B sales experience in real estate, building or energy technology, FM services, telecommunications, PropTech, or a comparable field
- Strong network and market understanding in the industries mentioned
- Exceptional drive and sense of ownership
- Structured, strategic and independent working style
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation
- Excellent German (C2) and good English (minimum B2)
- Willingness to travel within Germany
