About the role
- Develop the sales team and identify new customer opportunities
- Manage key existing clients in the real estate, building, or energy sectors
- Provide technical support to the team and to our clients
- Stakeholder management at decision-maker/executive level
- Close collaboration with Operations and Product teams
Requirements
- Several years of B2B sales experience in the real estate industry, building services/technology, or energy engineering
- Strong network and market understanding in the specified industries
- High drive and a strong sense of ownership
- Structured, strategic and independent working style
- Excellent German (C2) and good English (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel within Germany
