About the role
- Join a client-facing team through a staff augmentation engagement
- Design scalable, high-performance systems
- Guide engineering teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 4+ years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot in production environments
- Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices
- Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka preferred)
- Strong experience with AWS or other cloud environments
- Solid understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and system reliability
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
- Advanced English communication skills (client-facing role)
- Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with Pacific Time
